The More You Watch the World, The More the Bible Becomes Eerily Relevant

This is not a religious blog but somethings are just too important to overlook. 2000 years ago the Book of Revelation was written by either the Apostle John, John of Patmos, or John the Elder. In either case the book is written in strange language and lots of metaphors that make it almost cryptic to read and understand until you look at it now, in our modern world.

The Bible gives vivid details of a world where people will see a thing happen and then be told it didn’t happen and then believe the lie and vice versa. This is happening now, think COVID, January 6th, Ukraine. Look at the ease that deep fakes can be done. Half of the videos on TikTok and YouTube are fakes, literally videos of famous people saying things they absolutely did not say. And the people are eating it up. It fuels hatred and division just what the devil wants, me thinks.

The Democrats are currently the party with the sick and twisted ideas. In the name of fairness and “inclusion” they write laws that exclude and in some cases actually do measurable harm to the very people they purport to be helping. Democrats have always been the likely party for a totalitarian regime. They are not afraid to take children away from parents that won’t allow their 12 year old to undergo treatments that are irreversible to transition to the opposite gender. We are told we must accept that people are who they “feel” they are. A six foot six inch tall biological man can be a woman and you just have to accept that. “She” this biological man can get pregnant and have a baby if she “feels like it.” “She” can play in women’s sports and crush all the girls because “she” feels like woman. It’s all. nonsensical and yet a sizable portion of our country has bought into it; hook, line, and sinker.

But don’t forget that in the near future it could be Republicans that start acting weird or badly. The Republicans have lost their way as well. They have become as big a spender and as bad on the fiscal front as the Democrats in fact if we are honest they are worse. They are lowering taxes which is good, but not making effective cuts to the budget to make it work.

I decided to look at it from a non-religious point of view. I asked Chat-GTP to provide parallels of the ancient prophecy to the event sin the modern world without a deep dive into the conspiracy theories. Things that don’t require much of a stretch to connect the dots. This eliminates actual religion to make the case that even outside of Christianity the Book of Revelation is eerily familiar in the modern world.

Now I am a Christian and so I feel differently than someone who may not believe in God or who has other beliefs. Having an AI bot pull data and make parallels is a great way to see that whether you believe it or not our world is heading to a bad place where most of us will be forced to either join the “cult” or be cut off from society. Christians have known this for centuries having read the Bible. But all of us are headed to a dark, dystopian place and very few of our politicians are trustworthy anymore. Get ready it is going to get rough.
